He spent 16+ years with the TATA Group in multiple leadership roles, successfully managing large, multi-location teams and driving sustained business growth.
At Norya Global LLP, Umang leads strategic direction and operational excellence, with a focus on scalable and sustainable growth.
Beyond business, he is a marathon runner and a passionate advocate of fitness. Serving as a President of Amdavad Distance Runners (ADR), he is actively contributing to organising running events and promoting running as a sport.

Ltd., he continues to drive innovation in sterilization and infection control solutions. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its reach across India and internationally, exporting to countries including Nepal, Sri Lanka, Algeria, Tanzania, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Kenya.
With over 30 years in the sterilization and infection control industry, Mr. Homyar Dotiwala has built a strong legacy of leadership and innovation.
